ADDICTED - ASS FREEDOM REVIEW: The Brand
Addicted is a Barcelona based underwear brand that has a good reputation in the UK as one of the leading designers of underwear targeting the man-on-man audience and can be found at any reputable queer clothing retailer. It is certainly one of my favourites; mixing sex appeal and sportiness to create something that’s comfy, supportive and stylish while getting your sweat on in the gym and certain to get everyone’s attention as you strip off in the locker room before you hit the showers. I even love that the name is synonymous with having too much of a good thing. The Addicted slogan is “Born Free”; the perfect transition to the underwear I will be reviewing today: the Ass Freedom Jock which certainly lives up to its name of unleashing your butt.
GARÇON MODEL - MIRAMAR BRIEF: THE BRAND
The Canadian Based Garçon Model is a collaboration between two French Designers in Montreal and Paris. The mission of the designers was to show the personality of the wearers with their diverse collections of underwear. The ethical company is committed to fair wages and to responsibly source as many materials as possible. Because the design of the underwear doesn't use harmful dyes I've always bought many of their underwear. My Favourite underwear of this brand would be the SO BE jock because of its bright colours and metallic Waistband.
Aussiebum has and will continue to be a longstanding favourite of mine, founded in 2001 has a history longer than I’ve loved underwear they sport a massive range of underwear from briefs, jocks and boxers to vests and swimwear. Aussiebum introduced me to the world of more risque underwear in the shape of my first ever jockstrap, something I still love and wear regularly, many of my favourite swimwear I’ve gone on holiday in have been Aussiebum as well making both stylish and comfortable types of swimwear if you’re not looking for something more standard like Speedos. Aussiebums have become my staple underwear replacing most of the stuff I had growing up, as opposed to being something a bit more flashy to wear for a special occasion.
